YC Biotech CO., LTD. announced recently that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with YD Biopharma Co., Ltd. to jointly advance the development and clinical trials of LENSMATE contact lenses and EXOLENS corneal tear-related products, derived from human limbal stem cell (LSC) technology.
Under the terms of the MOU, YD Biopharma will provide the products and comprehensive technical details, while YC Biotech will be responsible for drafting and executing the clinical trial plans. The two companies will closely collaborate, leveraging YD Biopharma’s expertise in technological research and development along with YC Biotech’s experience in clinical trial execution to promote the clinical application and market development of these innovative products.
