YC Biotech Co., Ltd. has built a strong collaborative relationship with Shuang Ho Hospital, which is part of the Taipei Medical University Healthcare System. In 2025, this partnership will advance further with research focused on stem cell cultivation and exosome technology development. The study is set to begin in January 2025 and will run for one year, concentrating on the collection and research of dental pulp stem cells from deciduous teeth.
The project will explore the potential applications of stem cells and their exosomes in regenerative medicine. YC Biotech will leverage its professional experience in clinical trial execution and cell culture to establish standardized procedures for stem cell collection and cultivation, as well as develop related exosome isolation technologies.
This study will focus on establishing standard operating procedures for dental pulp stem cell collection, optimizing in vitro cultivation conditions of dental pulp stem cells, isolating and purifying dental pulp stem cell exosomes, and finally evaluating the potential therapeutic applications of dental pulp stem cells and their derived exosomes. Through this collaboration, YC Biotech aims to strengthen its technical capabilities in stem cell research and contribute to the advancement of regenerative medicine.
